Background

We have been providing Financial Advisory Services in Chapter 11 Reorganization Cases since 2006, providing debt restructuring services in and out of the legal forum. In this practice, we are focused on insolvency and restructuring practice, in both out-of-Bankruptcy Court settlements and workouts, as well as reorganizations under the Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code.
